The Irish Horse Board Co-operative Society Ltd. (IHB) was established in 1993. Following discussion with the Department of Agriculture & Food, a programme was agreed and established.

The Irish Horse Board Co-operative Society Ltd. application for ordinary shares by an individual. I, the undersigned, apply for 1 ordinary transferable €10 share in the above name Society, in respect of which I agree to make payments required by the rules of the Society, and otherwise be bound thereby.

I furthermore agree to pay the Annual Membership Fee, as determined from time to time in accordance with Rule 5. I confirm that I am above the age of 16 at the date of this application. I confirm that I have read and understood the Data Protection information below.

DECLARATION:
Pursuant to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016, I understand that it is necessary for the Irish Horse Board to process personal data which it may have in its possession concerning me including disclosure to third parties such as, but not limited to, the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Horse Sport Ireland and Irish Co-operative Organisation Society (ICOS).
