CSF Good Vibes (pictured) definitely lived up to its name for vendor Brian Connolly, topping the Cavan Elite Foal Auction at €38,000. The Connolly family of Brian, Padraig, Shane and Dolly have over many years worked hard on producing quality stock. The fantastically turned out CSF Good Vibes, a half brother to the 1.60 showjumper CSF James Kann Cruz, was a head turner from entering the sales ring with bids accumulating rapidly. Master Elite Foal Auctioneer Robert Hunt ultimately put the hammer down to US buyers Eamon Hughes and McLain Ward, world renowned international showjumper. and no doubt we will see CSF Good Vibes name in the future.
The auction, as usual, took its slot during the prestigious Cavan Indoor Championship Show and as has been proven over the years, this is definitely a winning formula. The crowds were fantastic and the mood was electric for what has become an extremely important Auction in many peoples calendars.
