An Irish team that included two Irish-bred horses made history at the famous Piazza Di Sienna in Rome

An outstanding performance from Irish horses and Irish breeders at the world famous five-star Badminton International Horse Trials in the UK

For the second year in-a-row and the third time in the last four years, Ireland took victory in the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup in Vancouver, Canada.

Irish-bred horses were in fine form at Mullingar International Horse Show in Co Westmeath, filling two of the top three places in the feature two-star Grand Prix

Irish rider Adam Carey partnered CSF Keatingstown Blue Lagoon (ISH) to victory in the  €4,000 1.40m and to second place in the €26,200 1.45m at the CSI3* in Canelau, France last weekend. Bred by Patrick Connolly and owned by Sharon Fitzpatrick

Ballaghmor Class (ISH) finished best of the Irish-bred horses at Badminton Horse Trials, coming home in second place with British rider Oliver Townend. Bred by Noel Hickey, this is the seventh top five placing at 5* level for this combination.

Olympian Bertram Allen and the Irish Sport Horse Pacino Amiro finished a magnificent third place in the €500,000 1.60m Rolex Grand Prix at Windsor on Sunday.
